Our services

We regularly visit points of sale to ensure that products are well represented in the space. We work on shelf organization, stock-out management, and inventory control support. Our presence helps maintain brand visibility and consistency among consumers.

We support brands in all stages of their commercial relationship with points of sale. From creating promotions and commercial proposals to monitoring sales and managing orders, we ensure a continuous and effective presence. We act as a bridge between supplier and buyer, ensuring clear communication and agile decision-making. In addition, we maintain daily contact with stores, collect feedback, and share opportunities with brands. We also provide training whenever necessary and monitor customer accounts financially.

Whenever there are new stores, new ranges, campaigns, or renovations, we are on the ground to ensure that everything is implemented correctly. We execute planograms defined by the brands, install educational and promotional materials, and monitor renovations to improve product presentation.

We manage the entire logistics operation, from storage to final delivery. We prepare and ship orders, handle the necessary transport documentation, and coordinate deadlines with customers. We also track the status of orders in transit and provide customized product labeling.

We offer comprehensive technical support after the sale. We receive and record complaints, coordinate product collections, and perform technical analysis of the equipment. Whenever possible, we repair or replace the equipment and keep our partners informed with detailed reports. The entire process is monitored in a clear and professional manner.

To facilitate the entry of brands into the domestic market, we handle the translation of technical and commercial materials. We adapt content to the linguistic and cultural particularities of the Portuguese audience, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in communication.
